Bee keeping in a changing world |
Oct. 19, 2026 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. |
Our guest speaker, Katherine Webster, has been beekeeping for 15 years. And in that time the weather patterns have changed dramatically and will continue to do so.
So Katherine tries to help the bees cope with climate change. A lovely byproduct of that help is delicious honey. She will bring some for us to try (with the possibility to buy if you wish). This will be a hybrid meeting held at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Malmö, and virtually on Zoom. To join the Zoom Meeting: The Zoom waiting room will be open from 17:45 and only members and guests who have notified us in advance will be admitted to the meeting. Please sign in with your actual name. Aliases and nicknames are not accepted. Guests are always warmly welcome at Malmö International Rotary meetings, either in-person or virtually. If you would like to join us for dinner in the hotel restaurant after the meeting, please plan to arrive in the hotel lobby by 17:45 so that we can help you order your meal at a discounted price. |

Personal Presentation: Stephania Bogdanova |
Oct. 26, 2026 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. |
This week we will learn more about our Open Doors member Stephania Bogdanova who will give a presentation about himself. Sometimes called an "Ego Speech", these introductions are a rite of passage for all new members, allowing them to share their family history, personal milestones and special interests with their fellow Rotarians. We're looking forward to getting to know Steph in a whole new way! This will be a hybrid meeting held at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Malmö, and virtually on Zoom.
